5 PM Free Friday night Social

This year's "Welcome Back" BBQ will be located at our host site... The White Haven Motor Lodge, 8039 Metcalf Avenue, in Overland Park... just 2 blocks from Saturday's Show site.

 From Metcalf Avenue, turn east on 81st Street,  just past the large White Haven sign. We'll have all the flags flying!

Hot dogs, burgers, all the fixin's and lots of drinks to wash it down... all free for show participants and their families.

We'll also have a Heartland MG Registration Desk there as well to avoid the crowd on Saturday.

 
Saturday June 12th

7:30- 9:30 AM Pancake Breakfast in the Park**

7:30-11 AM Registration /Staging

9 -3 Show time! Vendors, Photo contest

10 AM -1 PM Popular Voting- All registered participants

10 AM - ??  John & Brooks Twist and their "Traveling Tech. Session"

3 PM Awards Ceremony

**1 free ticket for each car registered before May 15th...or buy them there for $5.00

As an added bonus!!

The Downtown Overland Park Merchants will  hold their weekly Farmer's Market ... complete with live music, fresh produce, crafts and art work for sale. This general event is FREE to the public and is located directly adjacent to the Heartland Show site.

There will be food vendors at the show and at the Farmer's Market... and 9 restaurants from oriental and whole foods to pizza and Mexican are all within easy walking distance.
